Jennifer Garner's Alleged Stalker Committed To Mental Institution

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck will be able to sleep easier at night now after their alleged stalker was sent to a mental institution on Tuesday.
Jane Robison, spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office tells RadarOnline.com, "Steven Richard Burky, pleaded no contest today to two counts of felony stalking. Judge Katherine Mader then found him not guilty by reason of insanity and sentenced him to Patton State Hospital. Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall said the judge made her ruling based on reports from two psychiatrists who examined Burky."

The judge also issued a 10 year restraining order preventing Burky from getting any closer than 500 yards to Ben, Jennifer or their two children if or when he is released.
