George Clooney's selfless ways aren't limited to the charities and political causes he puts his name behind. The A-list hunk didn't even vote for himself to win the best actor Oscar at this year's Academy Awards, as he checked off the name of fellow actor (and eventual winner) Jeff Bridges instead, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Clooney's rep Stan Rosenfield confirmed the story to the NY Post Friday. He said Clooney told him Bridges' performance in Crazy Heart was "amazing," and that he told Bridges, 'If you don't win, you can't blame me.'"
