Michael’s mom, Katherine Jackson was appointed temporary guardianship of his three children on June 29th, four days after the death of her son.
Rowe never contested Katherine as guardian, but still managed to rack up some serious legal fees in the meantime. Maybe that has something to do with her attorneys charging $800 per hour!
There is a court date scheduled to hear the case on April 8th 2010.
