Mischa Barton spent eight hours at Beverly Hills' Byron Tracy Salon Tuesday, trading in her long, dark locks for a rockabilly-style blonde hairdo.
Barton's day wasn't all sunny, RadarOnline.com has learned, as the former O.C. waif found a parking ticket on her windshield after her stint at the salon.
Hate when that happens!
The 24-year-old star of The Beautiful Life has been quite the busybody this week: We observed her wacky ways on the road Monday, when she mightily struggled steering the streets of Los Angeles in her giant convertible Cadillac. After the hijinks, she pulled over to puff something that may or may not have been a hand-rolled cigarette.

The actress has struggled on and off with substance abuse over the years, as she was checked into Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Medical Center under an involuntarily psychiatric hold July 15, 2009 for medical issues. She was also arrested in December of 2007 in connection with suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license.
