Nicole Richie and Joel Madden clearly have a soft spot for kids, recently opening up a playground in Los Angeles.
The proud parents of daughter Harlow and son Sparrow, the couple have continued to spread their love through their Richie-Madden Children's Foundation.

On Tuesday, Madden and Richie attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the playground at Beyond Shelter, a non-profit group providing shelter for homeless families in Los Angeles.
The couple had some help from a surprise source: 7-Eleven! The convenience store chain's 7-Eleven Cup With A Cause donated $250,000 to their foundation.
