Judge Praises Chris Brown At Progress Hearing - "Doing Really Well"

Flanked by eight deputies and accompanied by his mother and bodyguard, and wearing grey jeans, white striped shirt, black jacket and glasses, Chris Brown appeared in front of Judge Patrcia Schnegg for his progress report on Thursday.

Schnegg had glowing praise for Brown saying, "he is doing really, really well. He has completed 17 of 53 group counseling sessions....Chief Norwood from Richmond, VA submitted a letter stating he has completed 32 days of hard labor."

COURT DOCUMENT: Chris Brown's Travel Order

Judge Schnegg signed an order authorizing Brown to travel out of the country. Schnegg went on to tell Brown that when he returned for his next progress report on May 11th "by the time you come back  you will be half way there," and went on to compliment him on how he was doing and Brown simply said, "thank you."

The order authorizing travel for Chris Brown allows him to travel between May 18th, 2010 to June 27 2010 to perform at concerts.
