Two and a Half Men will not tape this Friday as planned due to Charlie Sheen's admittance into rehab, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A source close to the hit CBS show tells RadarOnline.com that audience members, who had reserved tickets to the show, are being notified that the scheduled taping on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, CA. is being canceled.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Sheen - who's been in rehab twice before -- checked into a treatment facility late Tuesday because he was using cocaine and alcohol, despite his statement that he was going in as a "preventative measure."

A source also tells RadarOnline.com that Sheen is negotiating a new contract for  Two and a Half Men and did not want to do anything to jeopardize his financial future. He's been desperately trying to reconcile with his wife Brooke Mueller, who accused him of threatening her with a knife Christmas day, after an alleged domestic violence incident at their rented home in Aspen, Colorado.

Sheen and Mueller have infant twin sons and have been married 2-and-a-half years.

Mueller is also in rehab.
