EXCLUSIVE: Missing Growing Pains Actor Gave Landlord 30 Days Notice In January

As the hunt for missing Growing Pains actor Andrew Koenig intensifies in Vancouver, RadarOnline.com has uncovered new evidence that strongly indicates Andrew’s departure from Los Angeles in early February was long planned.

Koenig’s landlord told a RadarOnline.com reporter that the son of Star Trek actor Walter Koenig gave him 30 days notice in January and completely moved out of the apartment February 4.

"Andrew gave a 30 day notice in January and moved out on February 4. I don't think he had any intention of coming back," the landlord told RadarOnline.com in person on Tuesday at the Venice, California apartment where Andrew lived.

Koenig was visiting friends in Vancouver when he disappeared in mid February and although reports say he was scheduled to return to Los Angeles on February 16, RadarOnline.com’s new information clearly shows he was not returning to the apartment he called home.

That fits perfectly with what his friend Lance Miccio told RadarOnline.com on Tuesday. Miccio said that Koenig dropped off a bag of personal belongings at Miccio’s house on February 3 and the last time he spoke to Koenig was February 4.

RadarOnline.com observed that Koenig’s apartment was being renovated.
