In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Lohan claimed:

“My attorneys Anthony Grandiette and Stephanie Ovadia have had to resign from my case. They have done so because they have material information about the negotiations, evidence and information released by (Erin’s lawyer) Bryan (Konoski), which have been anything but factual. They will be testifying in my case, as well as supplying statements to the Ethics Committee and Grievance Board. My counsel is being replaced by Randy Zelin. Like I said, when Bryan is off this case, you will see resolution and Erin and I will finally have some positive closure.”

Although Lohan claims Ovadia resigned because she has material information, Ovadia told RadarOnline she resigned because she was not criminal lawyer.
