Lindsay Lohan has a scheduled progress report in a Beverly Hills courtroom scheduled for Thursday and a source familiar with the case tells RadarOnline.com that the Mean Girls star has complied with all the terms of her probation.

Lindsay will not be present in court and her attendance would be required only if she wasn't in compliance with her alcohol education classes. Lilo has been attending the classes as required by the terms of her probation, the source confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

"Everything should remain status quo for her," the source said of Lindsay's legal status.

MORE ON:
Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay is on probation stemming from her second DUI conviction in 2007. In October 2009 Judge Marsha Revel ordered the actress to appear after what Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley described at the time as a miscommunication between Lindsay and her alcohol awareness program. Lindsay did not notify the program that she would be returning to the classes once she returned to the Los Angeles area from work.

Judge Revel ordered Lindsay to get court approval anytime she left Los Angeles for work, and added an extra year of probation for the actress.

Lindsay must complete the alcohol awareness classes by July 15, 2010.

The last time Lindsay had a progress report was Dec 15, 2009 and she didn't appear at that hearing.
