EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: District Attorney Unlikely To Subpoena Sheen Rehab Records

The Colorado District Attorney in the Charlie Sheen assault case says he is unlikely to subpoena the actor’s medical records from rehab to see if he violated a no-alcohol order, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Now that the Two And A Half Men star has checked himself into rehab, Pitkin County Chief District Attorney Arnold Mordkin is monitoring developments and could jail Sheen if he discovers that the actor has been boozing and breaching his bail bond agreement with the courts following his alleged Christmas Day assault on his wife Brooke Mueller.

Sheen Announces He’s Going Into Rehab

Sheen announced Tuesday through his representative that he is going into rehab as a “preventative measure.”

Mordkin could attempt to subpoena Sheen’s rehab records to see if the actor has been using drugs or alcohol but told RadarOnline.com: “I do not expect that I will do that - but we will have to wait and see.

The Two And a Half Men star was charged with a felony misdemeanor charge of menacing and misdemeanor charges of third degree assault and criminal mischief after his wife Brooke Mueller told police he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her on Christmas Day. He faces years in prison.

Mueller is also in rehab.
