Dr. Murray posted his $75k bail amount, and slipped out of the courthouse late Monday afternoon, dodging the angry mob of Michael Jackson fans that greeted him with shouts of "murderer," and "justice for Michael" when he arrived at the courthouse.

Judge Keith Schwartz placed limitations on Dr. Murray's medical practice, explicitly telling Dr. Murray to not administer, prescribe or possess propofol. Judge Schwartz also told Dr. Murray he was not to heavily sedate anyone.
