EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Brooke Mueller's Brother: I Don't Know If Her Marriage To Charlie Sheen Will Make Her Happy

Brooke Mueller’s brother spoke to RadarOnline.com exclusively, revealing that while his sister is in "better spirits" as she prepares to head into court Monday he remains unsure whether her marriage to Charlie Sheen is the best thing for her.

"Brooke is in much better spirits,” Scott Mueller said. “I just want my sister to be happy but I don’t know if her marriage will achieve that."
At the moment the couple are "trying to work out the problems" and "will just have to cope with whatever the judge decides" according to Scott.

He says that Brooke, who has been in a rehab center in North Carolina, had not seen the couple's twin boys in the time leading up to the hearing in Colorado. He does not believe that the children are in Colorado.
