D.A. To Conrad Murray: You'll Get Our Material -- In A Few Weeks

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team are struggling to compile their defense for their client, as they are still awaiting the full evidence and discovery relating to the case. One of Murray's attorney's, Michael Flanagan, even went so far as to say the D.A's office are being "a little bit secretive" with the information.

But not so, says Sandi Gibbons, spokesperson for the D.A's office, insisting that it's just taking time to process the case and that Murray's legal team will receive all documentation in due course.

"Mr. Walgren the prosecutor explained to Mr. Flanagan on Monday when he made the request for discovery that everything had to be catalogued and date stamped, and it could take a few weeks," Gibbons told RadarOnline.com. "We are working on it."

Dr. Conrad Murray was charged Monday with involuntary manslaughter, following the death of his former patient, the late superstar, Michael Jackson. Murray pleaded not guilty.
