Coroner: Designer Alexander McQueen Died Of Hanging, Left Suicide Note

Designer Alexander McQueen died from asphyxiation and hanging, London-area coroner Dr. Paul Knapman said Wednesday, adding the troubled fashion icon did leave a suicide note.
McQueen was found dead at his London home by his sister last Thursday at the age of 40. His body was discovered the night before his mother Joyce’s funeral.

London investigator Paul Armstrong says the situation was not believed to be suspicious.
