VIDEO: Conan O'Brien Expresses Contempt For Leno, NBC In Monologue

Conan O’Brien once again used his monologue on The Tonight Show Wednesday to unleash his bitterness toward NBC and The Tonight Show host that sat in the chair before him -- and will, likely after him, as well -- Jay Leno.

O'Brien, 46, said hosting the Tonight Show was a dream come true, "and I just want to say to the kids out there watching: You can do anything you want in life -- unless Jay Leno wants to do it, too."

Conan O'Brien Ratings Spike Since NBC Drama

O'Brien said he learned of a poll in which 83 percent of voters wanted him to keep his chair on NBC's late night institution, despite poor ratings in his first seven months on the job. He joked that when President Barack Obama learned of his surging popularity, he was thinking, 'How can I get NBC to screw me over, as well?"

PopEater: Jay Leno May Bolt NBC

The upcoming Winter Olympics, which is said to be the point NBC will replace Conan with Jay in The Tonight Show chair, was comedic fodder for O'Brien as well. He joked that maybe NBC could move the Winter Olympics to summertime, "but still call it the Winter Olympics."

Conan, to demonstrate just how minimized he feels in the network's eyes, did a sketch in which the NBC studio tour passed right through his studio, with the tour guide referencing his inevitable ouster, and talking down to him. Ouch.
