While most of our favorite celebs were rocking fierce fashion on Wednesday, there are always a few who can’t seem to get it right!  Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff and Katy Perry beautifully braved the rain in Los Angeles, pulling their chic rain boots out of the closet for puddle pouncing!

Over in Miami, new redhead Hayden Panettiere parted with her boxer beau Wladimir Klitschko looking sloppy in swear words!  The young actress, unsuccessfully mixed black and brown threads with her viscously verbal t-shirt, for a not-so-hot look.
