Madonna‘s boy toy Jesus Luz pranced on the catwalk for the fashion firm ELLUS in Sao Paulo, Brazil Tuesday, showing off the chiseled looks that have landed him in a May-December affair with the pop icon.

Luz, 22, may be called upon by his 51-year-old girlfriend to do more than prance, as the reports from the UK Sun claim Madonna is trying to get pregnant with his child in the near future.

“[Madonna] says motherhood is her greatest achievement and the most fulfilling thing in her life,” a source told the paper. “She knows that, at 51, it’s going to be harder to conceive naturally. But she is Olympic-athlete fit and is ready for the challenge.

“Jesus is very religious and deeply in love with her,” the source said. “He adores her kids but has always wanted a child of his own — he told Em fatherhood would be his greatest adventure, and that he wanted to go on this journey with her.”
