EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Heroes Star Jimmy Jean-Louis' Video Diary From Haiti - Trapped Victims Texting For Help

Heroes star Jimmy Jean-Louis is exclusively sharing with RadarOnline.com his most heartbreaking home video yet from his native Haiti, still recovering from a devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake ten days ago as well as several frightening aftershocks that have followed.

In his moving new video, the actor shows us the horrific extent of the damage in Port-au-Prince; as he shoots video from his moving car, we see collapsed building after building, and we hear Jimmy poignantly say "everything is down... everything is down."

Then, in another startling scene, Jimmy shoots video of rescue workers talking with a Haitian man outside of a collapsed building. In a shocking moment, Jimmy explains that people are trapped inside of the building and actually sending text messages from under the rubble - no doubt begging for help.

"The situation here is people are sending text messages from this building and the rescuers are saying that it's too dangerous to get in there," Jimmy says.  "So here's the situation... you have somebody here... the young Haitian guy would like them to keep going but they're saying it's too dangerous because they might die as well if they go in, so it's very complicated matter."

The video ends with a heartbroken Jimmy simply saying: "Another sad day... another sad day."

Officials now say the actual death toll from the earthquake may never be known.

Between 500,000 and one million children are believed to have been orphaned because of the quake. Some 2.5 million have been left homeless.
