Actor Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller Sheen will face a Colorado judge January 20, in hopes of modifying a temporary restraining order imposed after their alleged domestic dispute Christmas day in Aspen, Colorado.

The Two and a Half Men star and his wife are seeking to reestablish contact with one another, as they are currently prohibited from doing so.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sheen, who is currently in Los Angeles working on his hit TV show, will likely testify via telephone at that Aspen hearing to amend the TRO.

Police arrested Sheen December 25 after he allegedly threatened Mueller with a knife during an argument. He faces possible felony charges of menacing and domestic violence.
