BREAKING NEWS: Charlie Sheen's Colorado Court Hearing Postponed

Charlie Sheen’s court hearing scheduled for Wednesday in Aspen, Colorado, has been postponed.

The hearing has been re-scheduled for Friday.

The delay was caused by emergency oral surgery for Charlie’s wife Brooke Mueller.
The hearing will deal with the protective order which currently bars Sheen from contacting Mueller.

Mueller was scheduled to leave Los Angeles for Aspen on Tuesday morning, as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively. But there were complications from her surgery and when she woke up Tuesday she realized she was unable to fly. Sheen was also going to fly to Aspen – on a separate plane – Tuesday.
Lawyers attempted to get the judge to allow Mueller to appear only by phone but that request was denied. She is required to be at the hearing Friday.
