Arrest Warrants Issued For Randy And Evi Quaid

It was another day and another no show at court for Randy and Evi Quaid on Tuesday. But this no show is going to cost the quirky couple a lot of money.

Despite an impassioned plea from the Quaid's attorney, legal powerhouse Robert Sanger, to hold the bench warrant for two weeks, Judge Clifford R. Anderson came down on the side of the understandably frustrated DA and issued two a matching set of arrest warrants for $40,000, one for Evi and one for Randy.

Randy And Evi Quaid To Be Charged With Three Felony Counts Each

The twosome were scheduled to appear in court in Santa Barbara to face charges stemming from an arrest for skipping out on a mega dollar bill at the swanky San Ysidro Ranch.

They have been scheduled to appear on four occasions previously, and each time declined to show. After their last no show the couple posted $20,000 in bail apiece, and signed a promise to appear in court on Tuesday, December 15.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the Quaid's attorney informed the judge that his clients would be at the court house at 8:45 AM, fifteen minutes after their scheduled appearance time of 8:30 AM. But 8:45 AM rolled round and surprise, surprise no appearance from the quirky couple.
