The model-turned-jewelry-designer-turned-socialite has keeping a lower profile than usual these days.

Earlier in the year, Kelly was arrested for hitting her boyfriend and sued for allegedly “stealing” a jewelry design.

The assault case was dismissed August 10. The jewelry lawsuit was dropped May 4.  Now Kelly can just concentrate on her beach gymnastics!
