Nick Jonas is used to going out on tour, but starting January 2 he will be sans his older brothers Kevin and Joe as he takes his new band Nick Jonas & The Administration out on the road. For his solo effort, Nick is looking to legendary Bruce Springsteen for inspiration.

The Jonas Brothers Go On A Double Date

"I'm kind of modeling it after Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.” Nick said in an exclusive special on Radio Disney, which aired NICK JONAS & THE ADMINISTRATION, TOTAL ACCESS WEEKEND throughout Saturday and Sunday. “It's kind of the look we were going for stylistically on the album cover and just the project in general… He (Springsteen) pours so much passion and emotion into all of his songs every night and I hope I can capture that too."

While the second season of the brothers’ show “JONAS” will be back in production in February, until Nick’s tour wraps on January 30, the closest Kevin and Nick will get to the stage is cheering in front of it!

"It made me feel a lot more comfortable looking out there and seeing you guys…in the audience," Nick revealed to his brothers over the air. Eldest brother Kevin quipped back: "I'm going to make a homemade t-shirt that says 'Nick Jonas Be My Brother!'"

"I try to paint pictures and tell stories from personal experience…or just observation and…relating it to whatever I'm talking about in the song. I think the prime example of that is 'Who I Am.' In the verses where it sounds like I may be talking about losing a relationship or a girl…I'm actually talking about myself and…saying, 'Look there's a disconnect. What happened? I've changed. I want someone to love me for Who I Am.'"

Radio Disney, which is the #1 radio network devoted to kids, tweens and families, just announced Jasmine Sagginario of Nashville is the winner of its N.B.T. (Next Big Thing) feature and will open for Justin Beiber this week.
