Lawyer: Brooke Mueller Had 'Marital Moment' With Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller’s celebrity lawyer Yale Galanter described his client’s alleged altercation with her husband Charlie Sheen as a ‘marital moment’ on Larry King Live Wednesday.
Talking live from Colorado, the high-powered lawyer, who previously represented O.J. Simpson, did his best to play down the incident that saw Sheen jailed after he allegedly held a knife to his wife’s throat.

Galanter claims that he is hopeful that there will be a ‘non-litigation’ resolution to the incident, and that he’s working with Sheen’s legal team to meet this goal.
While not condoning any form of domestic violence the lawyer told King that Mueller and Sheen had professed their ‘love for one another’ and wanted to work-out their differences away from the public and media spotlight.
He described Mueller as a ‘wonderful devoted mother’ whom he had never seen drinking and revealed that the pair had had no contact since the incident in accordance with the Judge James Boyd’s orders.
But, despite his comments, it is clear that the troubled pair have a lot of work to do to resolve their differences and repair their damaged marriage.

A source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com: "She banged her head on the floor and even ended up going to see a doctor because of it. She didn't tell the doctor that Charlie pushed her because she didn't want it reported."
That goes toward explaining why Mueller is heard on the Christmas day 911 audio saying FOUR times, "I gotta file this report."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Team Sheen has offered to add $1 million to her prenuptial agreement and told her if Sheen goes to prison over this incident there will be no money for Mueller.
Galanter and Sheen’s lawyer Richard Cummins are both due back in court in Colorado on Monday – Sheen and Mueller are not expected to attend the hearing.
