EXCLUSIVE DETAILS About Mueller’s Restraining Order Against Sheen

RadarOnline.com has uncovered new details about events surrounding Sheen’s arrest on two felonies and one misdemeanor after Brooke Mueller called 911 at 8:34 am Christmas day.

POLICE PRESS REPORT On Sheen Arrest

The couple went out to dinner with their sober minders, returned home and kept partying, RadarOnline.com has learned. Mueller consumed a lot more alcohol than Sheen did and they began to argue.

“Brooke told Charlie, ‘I want a divorce,’” a source close to the situation told RadarOnine.com exclusively. “She said she was leaving him for good.”

At this point the sober minders were both in the house, but on a different level. Sheen was furious after Mueller demanded a divorce and that’s when Mueller says he attacked her.

The source said Charlie did not hold a knife to her throat but threatened her while holding a knife.

Sheen has been through rehab twice and the fact that he’s drinking alcohol again is extremely worrisome to people close to him.

Mueller currently has a restraining order against Sheen as a result of the charges he faces. Sheen’s people are saying the couple won’t divorce and will try to work out their marital issues. Mueller has not issued a public statement.
