EXCLUSIVE: LeAnn Rimes Divorce Settled, Will Be Final June 2010

Dean Sheremet formally filed for divorce from his estranged wife, LeAnn Rimes last week, but the couple has already reached a settlement and the divorce will be final on June 19th, 2010.
The couple were married in 2002, and separated over the summer after Leann became involved with then married television actor Eddie Cibrian.
LeAnn's Husband Files For Divorce
Prying eyes won't be privvy to the divorce agreement though, according to the court documents, "Said MSA marriage settlement agreement consisting of 11 pages, shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy, except for enforcement purposes as provided in paragraph 2 herein. The MSA contains confidential information which each party desires to protect."

In Sheremet's original divorce petition, he was seeking spousal support and for Rimes to pay his attorney's fees.
