Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa is proceeding with his plan to make a movie about his life – but there will be no mention of Jlo anywhere in the film.

After being repeatedly trounced in court by Jlo’s attorney Jay Lavely, of Lavely & Singer, Noa and his agent Ed Meyer appear to have given up on their attempts to use 11 hours of home movies Noa has featuring his superstar ex.

The home movies have been the center of an acrimonious battle featuring a war of words between Meyer and Lavely. But Lavely proved to have more muscle in court, shutting down Noa repeatedly and protecting Jlo’s privacy.

So after their latest judicial setback Noa and Meyer have abandoned plans to use the footage in what they called a “mockumentary” and now say they will film Escaping Cuba: The Ojani Noa Story.

Meyer told RadarOnline.com: “The crazy thing is that, Ojani Noa is now denigrated to telling his life story as: ‘My name is Ojani Noa, and I was married to "beep" or "blank" ???'"
