LeAnn Rimes‘ husband Deane Sheremet filed for divorce Friday at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Sheremet lists the date of marriage as February 23rd 2002 but is obviously unclear as to when they officially separated as he lists that as “To be determined”.

Sheremet states that the reason for the divorce is “irreconcilable differences”. He requests that Rimes be ordered to pay his attorney fees and also requests spousal support, amount to be determined.
