EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: Wife Has Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen's wife has a restraining order against him as a result of their Christmas altercation that ended with the actor behind bars.
The protection order for Brooke Mueller was issued by the judge who heard Sheen's case, allowing him to post bond and get out of jail Friday night. The order is mandatory in this type of case in Colorado.

Judge James Boyd told Sheen that he is not allowed to contact his wife, except through his attorney until the case is resolved. RadarOnline.com learned that Sheen flew back to Los Angeles late Friday night. Mueller remained in Aspen.
One source familiar with the case told RadarOnline.com that Mueller told police Sheen struck and threatened her. Police believed Mueller and arrested Sheen on two felony charges and one misdemeanor.
The restraining order means that husband and wife must stay apart and sources close to Mueller say that's fine with her. She was in Aspen to get away from Sheen as their marriage has deteriorated. She is now telling friends she will file for divorce.
Sheen, meanwhile, has a team of handlers dealing with his latest mess. Mueller told sources that Team Sheen pressured her to recant and that money has been mentioned. She has a prenuptial agreement with Sheen.

Both Mueller and Sheen had alcohol in their systems when police responded to her 911 call at 8:34 am. The return to alcohol for Sheen, who has been through rehab twice, has friends and family particularly concerned. A friend of Mueller's told RadarOnline.com that she had been drinking heavily all night and that Sheen had also been up all night partying.
Sources close to both Sheen and Mueller say the marriage is broken beyond repair.
