EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen's Not Allowed Contact With Wife For At Least Another Five Days

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller might be eyeing a dramatic reconciliation after their alleged Christmas Day knife fight, but they won’t be able to patch things up for at least another five days.

Radaronline.com can exclusively reveal the court in Aspen, CO, has set down Monday January 4 to hear the pair’s motion to have the temporary restraining order lifted.
The hearing is slated for 10:30am.
The restraining order was put in place following an alleged altercation where Mueller claimed Charlie threatened her with a knife, a charge Charlie vehemently denies.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported Mueller wants to work on reconciling with Charlie following a $1 million sweetener deal offered to her by Charlie’s camp.
Her high-profile lawyer, Yale Galanter told Radaronline.com in an exclusive interview that his client didn't understand that police would arrest her husband when responding to her 911 distress call.

But until the judge rules, Charlie and Brooke are not allowed to see or speak to each other.
Galanter, who is in Aspen on vacation, told Radaronline.com he was satisfied at the court’s swift decision to set a date.
“It’s not a frustration when you consider it is a holiday weekend,” Galanter said.
“As a matter of fact, the turnaround after our motion is lightening quick in the world I live in.”
Galanter, who also represented OJ Simpson, would not be drawn on what argument Charlie and Brooke planned to plead to the judge to get the court to dismiss the order: “That I can’t tell you, because I don’t know.”
