Erin Andrews' stalker, Michael David Barrett pled guilty to an interstate stalking charge in a Los Angeles court Monday. He will be sentenced on February 22nd.

Barrett is facing a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 but as RadarOnline.com previously reported Barrett entered into a plea bargain with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, and should be facing a much reduced sentence of 27 months.

A visibly upset and shaken Andrews testified in court in person, asking for Barrett to be locked up behind bars so he can not do the same thing again to someone else. She also testified that Barrett has ruined her life and torn her career apart.

The 48-year-old insurance executive from Westmont Illinois secretly filmed Andrews in various states of undress on several occasions in a series of hotels.
