BREAKING NEWS: Woman Taken From Tiger Woods' Home By Ambulance Was His Mother-In-Law

Tiger Woods' mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg, was rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida early Tuesday morning with stomach pains, according to Health Central Hospital spokesman Dan Yates.

Holmberg -- the mother of Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren -- was removed from a stretcher from the golfer's Isleworth mansion 2:36 a.m. Tuesday. Initial reports from the scene made the situation appear dire, as the woman was said to be on "advanced life support;" Holmberg was in stable condition Tuesday morning.

Yates said Holmberg was in a private room and the family has hired additional security to keep the media away. He said family members have visited her, but he wouldn't say who.

"She's in a wing that helps protect her privacy," Yates said.

Health Central is the same hospital Woods was taken to following his November 27 accident. That incident occurred after an argument with Nordegren on the heels of the National Enquirer's bombshell revelation Tiger had been having an affair with breathtaking NYC party girl Rachel Uchitel.
