Susan Boyle said her nine-month rise from unknown Scottish spinster into a world famous singer "feels very surreal" in an interview on Monday's edition of the Today Show.
"I've grown up a bit, I've become more of a lady ... stuff like that," she told Today's Matt Lauer.
Boyle said that one of the cover tracks on her upcoming album, a cover of Madonna's 1995 ballad, You'll See, is dedicated to the teachers that beat her, and bullies that tormented her, during her school days.

"That was a statement I was trying to make, because I was bullied a lot at school," she said. "You might have bullied me when I was younger, but you can't do it to me now... cause I'm all grown up."
