In a never before aired out take from TLC's Kate Her Story the single mom of 8 gushes about her love for her children and how she wouldn't be able to function without them in her life.
Proving that Kate is nothing if not a devoted mom she proudly shows off her kid's school photos and reveals that she spreads out and looks at their pictures every single day.
She said that when she looks at their pictures she wonders "How did they all fit? Look at all those faces".

And tearing up she says that "I wouldn't get out of bed if I didn't have them."
An emotional Kate says, "I look in their eyes and there's no way I can fail."
