Tobey and his jewelry designer wife Jennifer Meyer had their little ones, Ruby, 3, and Otis, 18 months, in a West Hollywood park on Friday when Tobey broke into a Spider-Man routine. Ruby and Otis loved it, smiling and laughing along with their dad.
