Rihanna, after keeping quiet for nine months, talks about the beating ex-boyfriend Chris Brown gave her in an interview slated to air on Thursday's Good Morning America, and Friday's 20/20.

In a brief transcript released by ABC, the Barbadian beauty said of the vicious pounding she received at the hands of the Forever singer: "This happened to me... It can happen to anyone."

Rihanna said Brown "was definitely my first big love," which made the incident that much harder to recover from; the Umbrella singer has kept a low profile since the Feb. 8 incident, as it took her more than three months to step on a red carpet after the beating.
