Mike Tyson Taken Away In Handcuffs After Fight With Photographer; Read The Booking Sheet

Mike Tyson was handcuffed and driven away by LAPD officers after he got into a bloody scuffle with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport Wednesday night.

Tyson was arrested by airport police and interviewed at LAX police headquarters for two hours.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Tyson was arrested after he got into a fight with the photographer at the United Airways terminal at 4:30pm Pac as he arrived back from a European vacation with his family.

The lone pap was trying to take video when an altercation ensued and Tyson allegedly punched him.

The pap suffered a laceration to the side of his head.

The bloodied pap was rushed to a nearby hospital in the back of an ambulance and their was blood on the terminal floor after the airport brawl.

Tyson's spokeswoman Tammy Brook said the boxer was traveling with his wife and 10-month-old child when he was attacked by an overly aggressive paparazzo. "Mike acted in self defense as a father protecting his child," she said.

Both the photographer and Tyson were arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery and both are expected to appear in court at a later date.
