Officials: Real Housewives of Atlanta Death A Homicide

Fulton County Medical Examiner officials declared the death of A.J. Jewell, who appeared on the Real Housewives of Atlanta, a homicide on Tuesday in Atlanta, Georgia.
The death of Jewell -- who was engaged to cast member Kandi Burruss -- resulted from a sickle cell anemia condition that killed him following a fight he had in the parking lot of the Body Tap, a West Atlanta strip club on October 2.

Jewell's death was described by officials as a "physical altercation resulting in sickle cell trait related exertional collapse," with the reality TV star's "intestinal myocardial fibrosis," and enlarged heart, cited in the report.
The man charged with voluntary manslaughter, Frederick Richardson, is free on bond.
