Levi Johnston Planning To File For Joint Custody

Levi Johnston continues his onslaught on the Palin family, this time claiming he is still being barred from seeing his son Tripp. The nineteen-year old now plans to take legal action to remedy the situation.

“Not working. I'm done," he tells The Insider. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."
Despite being cordial with ex-fiance Bristol at the start of the summer, it’s been a heated autumn between Levi and his former future mother-in-law Sarah Palin. In October, he claimed on national television that she called her youngest son Trig, who has Down syndrome, “retarded.”
