Donny Osmond‘s Broadway-inspired freestyle dance earned the veteran showman his first perfect score of the season on Dancing With The Stars, narrowing the field between him and the favorite, Mya, on Monday night’s finale.
“I was screaming, I think I’m a little hoarse because of it right now,” Osmond, who finished the night with an outstanding 85 out of 90 possible points, exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “Screaming, I didn’t think we’d get all three tens … the audience tonight was phenomenal”
Osmond’s partner, Kym Johnson, said: “It was a really, really fun finale.”
Mya continued her torrid run with partner Dmitry Chaplin, earning a pair of perfect scores and totaling a near-perfect 87 out of 90 points on the evening.
“It feels like a sigh of relief,” the Ghetto Superstar singer told RadarOnline.com. “This is the finals, we haven’t really focused on that word this week… its quite a journey to come this far.
All three of the remaining competitors — Osmond, Mya and Kelly Osbourne — told RadarOnline.com they have made plenty of personal sacrifices in their lives for the autumn competition.
This season’s champion will be crowned on Tuesday’s Dancing With The Stars, which airs at 9/8c on ABC.
