Randy and Evi Quaid’s plans of opening a museum in Marfa, Texas, maybe about to go up in smoke as their legal troubles continue to pile-up.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the owner of the building next door to the Quaids, Evan Hughes, has contacted his lawyers after the oddball pair allegedly plastered a no trespassing sign on the front of the structure.

Hughes, who lives in New York, exclusively told RadarOnline.com Online.com: “We have contacted our lawyers and we are just waiting to see what happens. They are totally deluded because they think that part of the building belongs to them when it does not. The thrift store that operates in our building has lost a lot of business because they have taken-up all the parking spaces and they keep trying to intimidate people in the town. I do not know why they have behaved in this way but they have upset so many locals in Marfa for no real reason. We were hoping to move there one day but to have them as neighbors might be really difficult - legally we are monitoring what is going-on with our building.”
