RadarOnline.com caught up with a few of the tall, dark and handsome hunks that will have many hearts aflutter for the foreseeable future — the members of New Moon‘s Wolf Pack — and found out how they got the bulging biceps and cut six-packs you will see in the film.

The foursome – Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon, Chaske Spencer and Bronson Pelletie — are the heartthrobs who will give Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner some competition in the sexy department when the the highly-anticipated Twilight sequel hits theaters Friday, November 20.

“We get objectified in this film,” Meraz told RadarOnline.com. “For every reason, we take our shirts off — it kind of goes with the character in the storyline that Stephenie Meyer created.”

The four young studs bonded during the endless hours of “constant training” they endured together to muscle up for their shirtless scenes in the New Moon, according to director Chris Weitz.

“I definitely became more self conscious about my body when making this movie,” Spencer told RadarOnline.com.

Spencer said that one day, all four of the actors lost their shirts and evaluated each others’ physical flaws to know where to target in their workouts. He said all four of the men got into it, until they “realized what we were doing, and we just started laughing.”

Meraz said it was “dead-on,” while Spencer said he hoped to see a comedy movie parodying the Twilight films, a la Naked Gun or Hot Shots.

We also caught up with New Moon stars Tinsel Korey and Gil Birmingham and got some interesting takes from them about the film.
