Yale Student Annie Le's Accused Killer To Plead Not Guilty Tuesday

The accused killer of Yale student Annie Le will be in Connecticut's New Haven Superior Court Tuesday morning for a probable cause hearing, where both the prosecutors and defense will introduce evidence and call witnesses.
Raymond Clark III, who worked as an animal lab technician at Yale, is accused of strangling Le and hiding her body in a laboratory wall at the institution.

Clark, 24, will plead not guilty after he decides whether or not to waive his right to the hearing, according to his attorney, Joseph Lopez.
