The newly-famous clan was snapped Tuesday while stopping off at a Colorado gas station, where dad Richard Heene kept his mouth shut as aggressive paps peppered him with questions about last week’s bizarre balloon incident.

The 6-year-old boy at the center of the fiasco, Falcon, and brother Ryan covered their faces from paps while hiding in the backseat. Earlier in the day, Richard had dropped his wife Mayumi at her attorney's office, before taking the boys to a Fort Collins, Colorado custom stone establishment called The Rock Garden.

VIDEO: Missing Balloon Boy's Family On ABC'S Wife Swap
A worldwide audience watched Oct. 15, as the homemade helium balloon soared 7,000 feet over eastern Colorado for just under two hours; it was revealed during the dramatic incident that the boy's family had gained fame on the ABC reality show Wife Swap. Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden Sunday told reporters he will likely recommend felony charges against Heene and his wife, Mayumi, in connection with the incident.
