EXCLUSIVE: Usher Divorce Not Finalized Yet

Despite reports to the contrary, R & B superstar Usher has not finalized his divorce to Tameka Raymond, RadarOnline.com has learned.

News leaked today that the performer had rubber stamped his simmering divorce at an Atlanta Court today – not true according to Tameka’s camp.

Her rep confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the divorce is not yet finalized.

Usher Delays Divorce By Not Signing Papers

No new papers have been filed as of Wednesday and both sides lawyers would not return calls on the latest report.

The baby-faced singer recently called cops to his Atlanta home claiming that Tameka had scratched one of his cars and that she would not leave him alone.

Cops found no evidence to back-up his claims and no charges were filed against his estranged wife and former stylist.

Usher’s most recent single Papers spoke of the pain behind his divorce and Tameka’s camp has claimed that the divorce is being used to boost record sales.

The pair got married in August 2007 and have two young sons together Naviyd and Usher Raymond V.

The singer originally filed for divorce back in June and has most recently been linked with Def Jam executive Grace Miguel.

His new album Raymond Versus Raymond will be released on December 8, 2009, maybe the divorce will be finalized on that date !

Usher’s rep did not return calls about the divorce.
