Randy & Evi Quaid Set To Hear Charges Against Them ... Again

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi, accused of stiffing the San Ysidro Ranch resort for a $10,000 bill, are set to hear the felony charges against them in a Santa Barbara, California courtroom Monday at 1:30pm PST -- one week after the celebrity couple no-showed a prior hearing of the same nature, causing it to be postponed.
After the Kingpin star and his wife blew off last week's proceedings, Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter told RadarOnline.com he would grant the duo another chance, largely due to the considerable time and money involved with the extradition process. The couple, however, has likely received their last lucky break, as Carter told RadarOnline.com he has "begun the very lengthy process of preparing the extradition paperwork for the Quaids," assuming they no-show a second time.

The Quaids, as reported first on RadarOnline.com, were charged with burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy in connection with the incident. The pair was arrested in Marfa, Texas, on Sept. 24, and spent a few hours behind bars before posting $20,000 bail apiece.
