With her divorce war going full force, Kate Gosselin has apparently decided there is no time like the present to get out before an audience of women and show herself as strong and inspirational.

The latest round in Kate's War of the Roses-like split from husband Jon has them each accusing the other of improperly taking money from bank accounts.

But trying to "inspire" other single moms is what's on Kate's mind and why she is proceeding with her scheduled appearance at The Women's Conference 2009, in Long Beach, CA Monday night, a source told RadarOnline.com.

The annual conference, the brain-child of CA First Lady Maria Shriver, features big name celebs speaking on topics ranging from how to succeed in business to how to survive divorce and how to cook up a great meal.

Gosselin's appearance is at a book-signing session where she'll share a tent with several other authors including financial reporter Jean Chatsky and celebrity chef Paula Deen.

Stop by the Conference bookstore, buy a copy of Gosselin's Multiple Blessings or Eight Little Faces, and line up! But don't expect the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star to talk about Jon or the divorce. It will be all about herself as a mom and her kids.
