VIDEO: Jon Pays Up & Kate Complies With Court Order; Feud Over Missing Money Settled

Looks like the feud over that missing money is over between Jon and Kate Gosselin -- for the time being.
Jon agreed Monday morning, in a Norristown, Pennsylvania courtroom, to pay back a significant chunk of the $180,000 Kate claimed he withdrew from their joint savings account following their separation last June.
In total, the reality TV dad had withdrawn $230,000, yet the court was chiefly interested in the amount of $180,000. The Montgomery County judge ordered Jon to put the remaining owed money (approximately $152,000) into an escrow account by the end of the day Monday. Jon had already deposited $28,500 into the account in question last week.
As for Kate, the judge found her in compliance, after her attorney provided receipts for nearly $60,000 that Jon claimed she had taken during the same time frame. Jon said that another $33,000 was unaccounted for, to which Kate’s lawyer said the court didn’t require such an accounting.
Mark Heller, Jon’s New York based attorney, says he’s not sure how he will handle the issue of the missing $33,000 in cash withdrawals, to which Kate’s attorney Mark A. Momjian responded to RadarOnline.com: “Mr. Heller can say whatever he wants to say, but he is not Mr. Gosselin’s attorney in the state of Pennsylvania and does not represent him in this divorce action. The judge found that Kate Gosselin gave a full and complete accounting of the monies spent on household bills and other necessities and that was all she was required to do.”
Jon showed up in court Monday; Kate, who has a book signing appearance in Long Beach, California Monday afternoon, was not required to attend the hearing -- and didn't. Her attorney was there however on her behalf.
"Kate provided a full and complete accounting of the $55,000 she spent on household expenses and is now in full and complete compliance with the court order," Kate's attorney, Mark Momjian, told RadarOnline.com.
On Oct. 13, Jon was told by Judge Arthur Tilson to return $180,000 he withdrew from the account. The judge also wanted any other assets withdrawn from the joint account inventoried to ensure it was spent according to a divorce arbitrator's guidelines. Kate's attorney has said that his client has fulfilled all obligations set for by the court.
Kate Gosselin Still Hopes To "Inspire," Is Doing Book-Signing Monday
Jon is currently without a lawyer, as his Pennsylvania counsel, Charlie Meyer resigned from Gosselin's employ as of Monday.
The rest of the details, authorities said, will be hammered out during a two-day arbitraton session slated for November.
