Howard K Stern Allegedly Claimed Rehab Would “Kill” Anna Nicole Smith

Continuing his court testimony Thursday Anna Nicole Smith’s former bodyguard, Maurice Brighthaupt, was quizzed about Anna Nicole going to rehab.

Under cross examination from Dr. Eroshevich's attorney, Adam Braun, Brighthaupt was asked , "Did you have conversations with Dr. Eroshevich about Anna Nicole going to rehab, and that my client wanted her to go to rehab?" and Brighthaupt replied, "Yes, Dr. Eroshevich wanted her to go to rehab."

Shockingly, Brighthaupt earlier testified that Howard K Stern had vetoed Anna going to rehab, because he said it would "kill her."

Braun also asked Brighthaupt about occassions when Dr. Eroshevich would tell Anna not to take her medications so close together. "I heard Dr. Eroshevich saying Anna Nicole was non-compliant with her meds, and this upset Dr. Erosovich very much."

Maurice also testified that Dr. Eroshevich would take medications away from Anna and "hide them."

"She Dr. Eroshevich wouldn't prescribe anything to her Anna Nicole that would hurt her," Brighthaupt said.

Howard K Stern And Doctors Plead Not Guilty

Braun wrapped his cross exam, and after lunch Stern's lawyer goes on the stand to question Brighthaupt.

Braun told RadarOnline.com, "The judge made the right call by not allowing the questioning of alleged sexual conduct between my client and Anna Nicole."
